I would like to share with you how I managed to solve the delicate problem of hair loss. It was really serious, at least for me. I never thought I would have to, especially not at 29. It was a real disaster! Hair loss did not happen overnight, no, it was a gradual process. I saw my hair becoming thinner, I lost every day, painting, washing, even sleeping. If until now it was enough to hide it with a blow-dry, the day came when I noticed a real CALVITIE in the center of my head.

Look, here's what it looked like about 2 months ago (maybe a bit more):

01 For a woman it's a real problem

Men can get their hair cut very short, and even turn it to their advantage, but this method is not suitable for ladies. We will not become more feminine, that's for sure. Maybe I exaggerate a little, but the beautiful hair, long and thick is what makes the woman. Losing the woman in itself means getting lost. You probably understand what I mean. I even had to take a few days off because I was too ashamed that my colleagues saw me. I'm 29 but I felt like the most complex teenager in the world. And my husband ... Well, he told me that there was no problem and that he would love me and that my look does not matter to him, but I felt that he was moving away from me . It was the moment when I literally felt like hell. I no longer had confidence in myself and therefore felt that my life was over.

I had tried so many things trying to solve the problem.

Naturally, I tried everything that came to hand without really thinking. I was experimenting because we had to find a solution to the problem at all costs. You do not even imagine how many things I tried. Here is the approximate list:

shampoos (* bought in huge quantities, brands and different prices, I strictly followed the instructions but without any effect, not even in the short term) IT DOES NOT WORK!

vapo and lotions (bought also in unlimited quantities, used independently or with other products, my hair became softer but alas, the hair loss did not stop) IT DOES NOT WORK!

tablets (when I went to see a trichologist, he prescribed a cure with tablets, telling me that it was my liver that was intoxicated, which resulted in hair loss). I followed the treatment in full, I did some analysis. The result: liver side everything was ok but I always lost hair. IT DOES NOT WORK!

special diets (no comment, on it's not because we eat properly that the hair will start to grow, believe me) IT DOES NOT WORK!

methods of folk medicine (I applied onion juice on the scalp, I used burdock oil and mayonnaise, but I think it even made the situation worse.) My hair has become even more finer IT DOES NOT WORK!

As you can see, I did not sit there doing nothing and I was desperate because nothing resulted in results. Not even the least. No effect. I really hoped that at least one fall arrest approach would help me.

The solution came from nowhere
